To protect your financial data, they will no longer process credit card payments over a recorded phone line. Representatives will route customers wishing to pay with a credit card to their secure interactive voice system. If you prefer to make a payment with a real person you will need to visit their office between 8 AM and 5PM Monday through Friday.
