Lincoln County had nine state finalists to compete in their projects.
The 2026 Tennessee 4-H Roundup was held this past weekend with hundreds of 4-H’ers, Extension staff, 4_h adult volunteers taking part. Lincoln County had nine state finalists to compete in their projects. Maggie Heffington, State Winner Level II Clothing and Textiles, Annabelle Fisk, State Winner Level II Food Science, Maklaine Taylor, State Winner Level I Food Science, Kaylin Osterhaus, State Winner Level I Leadership and State Finalists Goat Project, Luke Bayless, State Finalists Goat Project, Marlee Bradford, State Level II FCS Winner and State Finalists Healthy Living Project, Rosetta Fowler, State Winner Level I Clothing and textiles, Scotlynn Osterhaus, State Finalist Healthy Living Project and Katie Elliott, State Finalists Goat Project. In addition, Maggie Heffington, Annabelle Fisk and Marlee Bradford received the Vol State Award, the highest achievement for a 4-H’er. This award recognizes senior high school 4-H’ers for exceptional project achievement, leadership and community service.
