A former Fayetteville High School employee is back behind bars.
A former Fayetteville High School employee is back behind bars. Last year Chris Edward Cagal was indicted by a Lincoln County Grand Jury for sexual battery and unlawful sexual contact. Cagle was previously charged with four counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. He was booked back into the jail about 1:30 Friday afternoon after his bond was revoked. He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday afternoon.
