Based on early voting, turn out is expected to be heavy.

Voters across Lincoln County go to the polls tomorrow (THURSDAY). Based on early voting, turn out is expected to be heavy. According to the Lincoln county election Commission this years early voting saw the heaviest turnout recorded over the last 5 election cycles. 4,255 voters cast early votes. That compares to 3, 513 votes cast in 2024, 2,671 votes cast early in 2022, and 2,884 early votes cast in 2020. Polls open Thursday at 9 am and close at 7pm.
