October 1st through February 28, 2026 is the time property owners in Fayetteville have to0 pay property taxes.
The property tax season begins today and runs through February 28,2026. There will be an option to pay property taxes in installments. In order to participate, taxes must be paid at the City7 of Fayetteville Municipal Building or by mail. Partial payments cannot be made on line. Following the Febryary, 2026 deadline, interest will be applied to each unpaid bill, however partial payments may still be made.
